Immediate Actions:

Lost Access to Account

Symptoms: Can't remember password, lost 2FA device, changed phone number

Recovery Steps:

1. Password recovery:

• • Use "Forgot Password" feature
  • Check email including spam folder
  • Follow password reset instructions completely

2. Two-factor authentication issues:

• • Use backup codes if available
  • Contact support for 2FA reset
  • Provide identity verification as requested

3. Recovery phrase:
