Balance Not Updating

Symptoms: Transactions complete but balance doesn't reflect changes

Solutions:

  1. Refresh your wallet:
    • Pull down to refresh in the wallet tab
    • Close and reopen the app
    • Log out and log back in
  1. Check transaction status:
    • Review transaction history for pending transactions
    • Verify transaction IDs and confirmations
    • Allow time for network confirmations
  1. Network issues:
    • Check internet connection
    • Try switching between WiFi and mobile data
    • Wait a few minutes and check again


Missing Transactions

Symptoms: Expected transactions not appearing in wallet or history

Solutions:

  1. Verify transaction details:
    • Check that sender used correct wallet address
    • Confirm transaction was actually sent
    • Ask sender for transaction ID
  1. Network confirmation delays:
    • Allow extra time for network processing
    • Check if transaction is still pending
    • Monitor for several hours before escalating
  1. Filter and search issues:
    • Check transaction history filters
    • Look in all transaction categories
    • Search by amount or approximate date
